It’s 8:27pm on August 27, 2022, and I am thinking about the experience of the past 12 months. It has been a great year. There have been cheers and tears in the script of this season of my life. I am grateful to God for His mercies and grace. I am grateful for the amazing friends that the Lord has given to me.
In my last year’s post, I said I would share some of the presentation slides I have worked on. Well, I never quite got to doing that. To make up for that, I will be sharing three presentation slides. Please download and share with family, friends, colleagues, and others who you believe it would bless.
- Bread of Life.
- Determination and Courage – Staying the Course
- The Winning Team
This year’s post will be more of a “photo speak”, with me sharing snapshots from the past twelve months.
What does the next year hold?
Proverbs 4:18 says that the path of the righteous is like a shinning light that shines brighter and brighter until that perfect day. I believe that it gets better.
Also, I am working on a project and I believe it will be a blessing! I can’t wait for you to read it.
The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn, and provide for those who grieve in Zion— to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair.
They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendor. They will rebuild the ancient ruins and restore the places long devastated; they will renew the ruined cities that have been devastated for generations.
Isaiah 61:1-4
